Your Financial House Terms and Definitions
You might be discovering that Your Financial House uses certain terms that you don’t normally hear when talking about finances with a traditional financial advisor. To understand our simple terms all you have to do is think about financial planning like you would think about building a house. The two main terms used throughout the Your Financial House process are:
- Blueprint: a custom financial plan (NOTE: Most financial advisors will try to make you fit into a “cookie cutter, prefabricated financial plan without considering your needs, desires and dreams. Your Financial House builds a custom financial plan – a blueprint – for you that is like no one else, based on your values, driven by your goals, and guided by your dreams.)
- Puchlist: a list of documents and financial statements needed to build custom financial blueprint.
